Selected work
A three-portal ecosystem connecting Bangladeshi farmers, investors and vendors. I redesigned the lending model from cash-based to equipment-based, added voice-first flows for low-literacy users, and built the vendor and investor panels from scratch. After the redesign, foreign investors backing the platform increased their commitment tenfold.

How I work
Understand the goals, the audience and where the product sits against competitors, before any screen gets drawn.
Map the user flows and test the structure at low fidelity, so the logic is right before visual design begins.
Build the interface system — typography, color, components — and apply it consistently across every screen.
Clean specs and, where needed, direct front-end build with AI-assisted tools, so what ships matches what was designed.
Walk through every flow before go-live, then stay reachable after launch for the fixes that always come up.
